Poval JM-33 by Japan Vam Poval is stable, water-soluble, hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol resin. It shows good chemical reactivity, membrane formation such as high film transparency, high strength, excellent gas barrier, clouding prevention and anti-static electricity. It has a hydroxyl group and exhibits excellent adhesive force to hydrophilic surfaces such as paper and wood. It possesses excellent surface activation, emulsion and dispersion properties. Poval JM-33 is designed for paper adhesives and used as an ingredient in vinylon synthetic fibers.
