Poval JF-20 is stable, water-soluble, fully hydrolyzed, polyvinyl alcohol resin by Japan Vam Poval. It has a hydroxyl group and exhibits excellent adhesive force to hydrophilic surfaces such as paper and wood. It shows good chemical reactivity, membrane formation such as high film transparency, high strength, excellent gas barrier, clouding prevention and anti-static electricity. It possesses excellent surface activation, emulsion and dispersion properties. Poval JF-20 is used as an ingredient in vinylon synthetic fibers. Recommended for paper adhesives.
