Irostic® S 6514 by Huntsman is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is polyester-based, linear and aromatic grade. Suitable for solvent-based adhesives. Used in prolongation of open time and reduction of activation temperature. It possesses features like low crystallization rate, activation temperature and very long open time. It is applicable for furniture-, automotive- and textile industry. Irostic® S 6514 offers characteristics such as two-component use only, good initial peel strength, hydrolysis- and heat resistance.
