VeoVa™ 9 by Hexion is vinyl ester of Versatic™ Acid 9. It is a synthetic saturated monocarboxylic acid of highly branched structure containing nine carbon atoms. Its homopolymer has a relatively high Tg of +70 °C. It offers alkali resistance, low surface tension, water repellency and outdoor durability. VeoVa™ 9 provides improved adhesion to non-polar substrates and reduced water absorption.
