EnviroGem® 2010 by Evonik acts as a surfactant. It provides rapid pigment and substrate wetting. It is a multi-functional, non-ionic, solvent-free, low-foaming additive which is an environmentally preferable alternative to APE-containing surfactants because it does not contain phenolic compounds. It contributes zero VOC (per EPA Method 24) and features an excellent ease of use. It has improved freeze-thaw, enhanced surface tension reduction, low-odor, low-viscosity, oven-aged stability and an excellent flow as well as levelling. EnviroGem® 2010 is used in a wide range of waterborne applications including adhesives.
