RHEOLATE® 658 by Elementis is a polyurethane solution in water-based nonionic synthetic associative thickener. Designed for improving the rheology. It is environmentally friendly and contains no APEOs, VOCs and tin.
- It offers a good balance of sag resistance & leveling and is suitable for use from flats through gloss paints.
- It has a low viscosity and is a pourable and pumpable liquid.
- Offers pH independence, good storage stability with an ease of incorporation and use.
- It allows broad formulating flexibility and reduces spattering during roller applications.
- It is compatible with other rheological additives and in all resin systems.
- Designed for water-based adhesive and sealant applications.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.2-1% (thickener solids weight) on total system weight.
