Bynel™ 4105

Supplied byDow- Last Updated on Sep 17, 2025

Bynel™ 4105 by Dow is anhydride-modified linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin. It has temperature resistance, clarity and toughness. Its physical properties are typical of linear low-density polyethylene resins with similar density and melt index values. Offers improved thermal resistance over that of ethylene vinyl acetate-based adhesive resins in coextruded PE/barrier structures. It is most often used to adhere to EVOH, polyamide, PE and ethylene copolymers. It can be used in coextrusion processes including blown film, cast film/sheet, blow molding, sheet and tubing, melt and solid phase thermoforming and in applications such as film where LLDPE is the heat seal layer, boil-in-bag structures, bag-in-box films and blow molded containers in which drop strength is important. Bynel™ 4105 is suitable for food contact applications according to FDA.
