UNIDIC V-8005 by DIC Corporation is a solvent-soluble amide-imide resin, containing terminal carboxyl groups and rigid imide structures. Acts as a hardening agent. Provides high mechanical toughness, low linear coefficient of linear thermal expansion, flame resistance and low volume new substances. Shows excellent compatibility with general-purpose solvents and epoxy resins. UNIDIC V-8005 is diluted in N, N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAC) which has a boiling point at 165°C. Recommended for use in heat-resistant adhesives. Complies with CSCL/ ISHL regulation.
