Chemguard S-761P

Chemguard S-761P by Chemguard is a short-chain perfluoro-based ethoxylated anionic fluorosurfactant of the phosphate ester type. Provides surface tensions as low as 16 dynes/cm in water at low concentrations and is also surface active in many solvents. Has excellent dynamic surface tension properties, allowing rapid attainment of low equilibrium surface tensions. Chemguard S-761P is low foaming and can provide improved dirt pick-up resistance to sealers. It is chemically more stable than typical hydrocarbon surfactants, particularly in the presence of acids, alkalies or heat. It is an excellent replacement for 9361 and Capstone FS-63 and is effective at low concentrations of 50-1000 ppm. Typical uses include adhesives and caulks.
