Ateva® 2842AC by Celanese is ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. It contains an antioxidant to minimize viscosity changes of the blends during processing. It is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents. This copolymer is used in hot-melt adhesive applications, including packaging, labeling, case & carton closing, lamination and book binding applications. Ateva® 2842AC complies with REACH, EC (1907/2006), AICS (Australia), DSL (Canada), IECSC (China), ENCS (Japan), ISHL (Japan), KECI (Korea), NZIoC (New Zealand), PICCS (Philippines), EINECS (Europe) and TSCA (USA) regulations.
