Priplast™ 3186 by Cargill is a vegetable-oil based, amorphous polyester polyol. It provides excellent hydrolytic stability and water repellency to cross-linked PU adhesives and sealants. It offers high flexibility and allows the product to deform under stress and prevents cracking.
- It exhibits improved adhesion, good hydrolytic stability for a longer product lifetime, wetting and moisture barrier properties.
- Priplast™ 3186 allows for humid conditions and can be used in foams and in conjunction with flexible substrates.
- It is ISCC certified and complies with regulations of FDA (175.105), US FDA (175.300) and EU (No. 10/2011).
