Sovermol® 830

Sovermol® 830 by BASF is a natural, VOC-free, oil-based (bio-based) polyether-ester polyol. Exhibits hardening/curing properties & mechanical characteristics under difficult conditions (high humidity and temperature), excellent abrasion- & impact resistance and outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures. It prevents cracks from spreading in the substrate. Shows low processing viscosity, excellent hydrophobicity, shorter downtimes and good bonding properties to various substrates. Possesses excellent water-repellent properties due to a specific chemical modification and high filling levels. Sovermol® 830 feedstock comprises of more than 90% renewable raw materials. Used in the manufacture of cost-effective two-component (2K) polyurethane (PU) semi-structural adhesives.
