Sovermol® 1055 by BASF is a fatty acid ester polyol with epoxy groups. It acts as a plasticizer for polyols and epoxy-resins and is non-reactive diluent. It is solvent-free, possesses good gloss development and good pigment wetting characteristics. It shows UV-stable performance. It is VOC-free according to 2004/42/EU. Sovermol® 1055 is listed in EINECS, TSCA and IECSC.
