Hygroscopic, amorphous polyvinylpyrrolidone. Used in adhesives. Offers high polarity, dispersancy, hydrophilicity, adhesion, cohesivity and high glass transition temperature. Can be plasticized with water and most common organic plasticizers. Gives low order of toxicity.
