Natrosol™ 250 HHBR by Ashland is a water soluble hydroxyethylcellulose. It imparts very good flow properties. It is treated to delay hydration of the particles.
- It offers compatibility with other materials such as emulsion polymers, natural & synthetic gums, emulsifiers and defoamers.
- It is used as a non-ionic thickener, water retention aid and rheology modifier in water-based adhesives.
- It provides superior resistance to biodegradation, very good balance of ease of manufacture, thickener efficiency, color acceptance and open time.
- Natrosol™ 250 HHBR is also used in tile adhesives, wallpaper, latex and plywood adhesives.
