Drewplus® T-3211 by Ashland Specialty Chemical is a defoamer formulated without the use of alkylphenolethoxylates (APEO). It is available in a variety of cost-effective chemistries based on mineral oils and renewably-sourced components. Binders used in it are (X)-SBR and PVA emulsion. It preserves desired tack and peel properties, as well as clarity and transparency of the dry adhesive. Drewplus® T-3211 is used in water-based pressure sensitive, natural and synthetic adhesives.
