Aquaflex® FX-64 by Ashland is an isobutylene/ethylmaleimide/hydroxyethylmaleimide copolymer. It is a fixative and styling polymer that provides superior stiff hold while still allowing hair to be manageable. It delivers excellent high-humidity curl retention with good curl memory. It produces low-tack, glossy films supplied as 40% hydroalcoholic solution. Aquaflex® FX-64 polymer does not require neutralization.
