Emulsion of a low molecular weight polybutene. It is a wet-tack enhancer which is miscible in water and exhibits negligible evaporation rate. Recommended for acrylic PSA and SBR. Can also be used in latex formulations. It should not be used with strong acids, strong bases and strong oxidizing agents.
