Polycaprolactone Resins for Adhesives and Sealants

Pearlthane™ 11T85 by Lubrizol is polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Designed for in adhesive applications. Exhibits a combination of hardness and excellent mechanical properties. Pearlthane™ 11T85 offers easy processing.

Premium grade low molecular weight, linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer, terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. Can be used in polyurethane adhesives.

Capa® 1301 is a monofunctional polycaprolactone grade. It has a molecular weight of 3000 and a typical OH value of 18 mg KOH/g. Capa® 1301 is mainly used in adhesive applications.

Pearlthane™ D11H95S by Lubrizol is a polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent flow. It offers excellent mechanical properties, outstanding low compression set value and high temperature resistance. Pearlthane™ D11H95S is used in injection molding applications.
