Phosphorous-based Monomers for Adhesives and Sealants

Mixture of 4, 4’-thiobis-(6-tert-butyl-3-methylphenol) and calcium bis (0-ethyl-3, 5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphosphonate). It is derived from phenol (carbolic acid) and phosphonic acids (organophosphorus compounds). This product is used as a raw material for synthetic resins.

Monoacryloxyethyl phosphate by Polysciences is a monoacryloxyethyl phosphate. It is a water-soluble phosphoric acid ester monomer. Monoacryloxyethyl phosphate contains Bis(2-Acryloxyethyl) Phosphate.

RAYLOK® 1722 by allnex is a phosphorus based acrylated oligomer which is halogen-free flame retardant. Used in manufacture of adhesives.

Combination of mono-octadecyl- and di-n-octadecyl-phosphoric acid ester. It is insoluble in water.

ILCO PHOS 204 by ILCO Chemikalien is combination of mono-n-octyl-, di-n-octyl-, mono-n-decyl-di-n-decyl phosphoric acid ester.

• Exhibits corrosion-inhibition of metals, solubilization/hydrotrope & strong emulsifying and dispersing properties.
• Offers hard water stability and high alkali stability.
• Shows anti-static properties in fiber finishes.

ILCO PHOS 100 by ILCO Chemikalien is a mild acid with low corrosion potential. Exhibits high grease & lime-dissolving power, hard water stability and low foam production. It offers compatibility with anionic and non-ionic formulations.

ILCO PHOS 300 by ILCO Chemikalien is a sodium neutralized mono-, di- and tri-(alkylteragylcol ether)-o-phosphoric acid (POE 4) ester. Is produced by direct esterification of phosphorus acid with C12/14 natural alcohol ethoxylate and subsequent neutralization with sodium hydroxide. It is completely soluble in water.

2-(methacryloxy)ethyl phosphate by Polysciences is a colorless viscous liquid. Contains 700-1000 ppm monomethyl ether hydroquinone and approximately 25% of diester.

ILCO PHOS 202 by ILCO Chemikalien is a combination of mono (n-butyl) and bis (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid ester. Exhibits anti-static-, adhesion promoter and dispersing properties. It shows high alkaline- and hard water stability. ILCO PHOS 202 interacts with polar groups of the substrate to the surface.

NAM- P1A by Nagase Specialty Materials is a 2-acryloyloxy ethyl phosphate. Offers good adhesion and flame retardation. It is registered in TSCA.
