All Isocyanate Monomers for Adhesives and Sealants

WANNATE® HMDI by Wanhua Chemical is a low-viscosity cycloaliphatic diisocyanate with characteristic odor. It is a raw material for polyurethanes and has good mechanical strength. It is abrasion- and hydrolysis resistant and retains gloss and physical properties upon weathering. It is able to form optically clear polyurethanes when combined with suitable polyol coreactants. Recommended for adhesives and sealant applications. WANNATE® HMDI has a shelf life of atleast 9 months when stored at temperture between 0 and 30 °C.

WANNATE® BIO PDI by Wanhua Chemical is a liquid aliphatic pentamethylene diisocyanate. It is a low viscosity and less irritant liquid at room temperature. It is raw material of bio-based polyurethanes. It is lightfast and has the property of powdering resistance, color retention and weathering resistance.

• It exhibits high degree of oil resistance coupled with good wear-resisting.
• It can be used in high polymer adhesive, low temperature adhesive for printing paste and immobilized enzyme adhesive.
• WANNATE® BIO PDI has a shelf life of at least 9 months when stored at temperatures between 0 and 30°C.

WANNATE® H1210 by Wanhua Chemical is a low-viscosity monomeric cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It can be used as raw material to synthesize polyurethane resins. It exhibits high flexibility, good mechanical performance, abrasion- and hydrolysis resistance, gloss retention and weathering properties.

• It is extremely suitable to produce optically clear polyurethanes from reacting with polyols.
• It is used in adhesives and sealants.
• WANNATE® H1210 has a shelf life of at least 12 months when stored at temperatures between 0 and 30°C.

WANNATE® X-700 by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic diisocyanate containing aromatic nucleus. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with low viscosity. It is used in adhesive and sealant. WANNATE® X-700 has a shelf life of 6 months.

WANNATE® HDI by Wanhua Chemical is a liquid low-viscosity aliphatic diisocyanate. It is raw material for polyurethanes. It offers lightfastness, powdering resistance, color retention and weathering resistance. Exhibits high degree of oil resistance coupled with good wear-resistance. It is recommended for high polymer adhesive, low temperature adhesive for printing paste and immobilized enzyme adhesives. WANNATE® HDI has a shelf life of at least 9 months at temperature between 0 and 30 °C.

WANNATE® XR-2006 by Wanhua Chemical is a cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It is a low viscosity liquid. It exhibits high resistance to yellowing. It has good mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It shows compatibility with other resins.

• It is recommended for automotive applications.
• WANNATE® XR-2006 has a shelf life of 9 months when stored at temperature between 0-30°C.

AKNATE 25-2175 by Aekyung Chemical is an aromatic polyisocyanate based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI). It is supplied at 75% solids in ethyl acetate. Provides good adhesion to a variety of materials including wood, metal and plastics. It can be formulated into a two component, air dry urethane system.

• AKNATE 25-2175 has compatibility with many hydroxyl functional polymers including polyesters, polyacrylates and polyethers.
• Recommended for adhesive applications.
• It meets FDA CFR 177.1390 specifications.

AKNATE 25-1475 by Aekyung Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) biuret. It is supplied at 75% solids in n-butyl acetate and xylene. Offers flexibility, weather resistance and high NCO content. AKNATE 25-1475 is recommended for automotive repair, woods, metals, synthetic leather and adhesive applications.

AKNATE 25-1360 by Aekyung Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer. It has high NCO content and better weathering performance.

• It can be formulated in clear and pigmented two component urethane systems.
• These systems provide excellent weathering-, chemical- and abrasion resistance.
• AKNATE 25-1360 can be blended with a variety of other aliphatic and aromatic polyisocyanates.
• It shows good compatibility with many hydroxyl functional polymers such as polyesters, polyacrylates and polyethers.

AKNATE 25-1300 by Aekyung Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer. Provides excellent weathering-, chemical- and abrasion resistance. Exhibits excellent gloss and color retention. It offers better weathering performance.

• It is ideal for formulating high solid systems due to low viscosity.
• It can be formulated in clear and pigmented two component urethane systems.
• AKNATE 25-1300 can be blended with a variety of other aliphatic and aromatic polyisocyanates.
