Kanamoll- 620
by KLJ Group
Kanamoll- 620 by KLJ Group is an epoxidized soyabean oil grade. It acts as a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and as a secondary heat & light stabilizer. It also acts as co-stabilizing internal lubricant in rigid PVC formulations and as a plasticizer. It is recommended for adhesives and sealants. It is compatible with PVC, PVA, nitro cellulose and chlorinated rubber etc. It provides improved adhesion, toughness, glossiness, non-toxicity, cost reduction, environmental friendliness and chemical resistance. Recommended dosage of this grade for plasticized PVC is 2-5 PHR and for rigid PVC is 1-3 PHR. Kanamoll- 620 is approved by REACH.

Irganox® B 612
by BASF
Irganox® B 612 by BASF is a blend of 66.7% Irgafox® 168 and 33.3% Irganox® 565. Acts as a processing and long-term thermal stabilizer. Maintains original melt flow and offers low color formation. Provides long-term-thermal stability. Irgafox® 168, an organic phosphite of low volatility and particularly resistant to hydrolysis, protects the polymers which are prone to oxidation. Irganox® 565, a hindered phenolic antioxidant, contributes synergistically to polymer stabilization during processing and provides long-term thermal stability by preventing thermo-oxidative degradation. Irganox® B 612 is compatible with styrene homo- and copolymers, polyolefin homo- and copolymer, elastomers such as BR, IR, NBR, SBS, SIS, SEBS, SBR, EPDM, and NR. Its recommended dosage is 0.3-1.0%. It is registered in Australia, Canada, China, EU, Japan, Korea, Philippines and USA.

- It is designed to protect against high temperature aging.
- Its recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.1% and 0.02-0.03% in crosslinked power cables.
- Irganox® PS 800 is approved for use in food contact applications.
- It is listed in AICS, EINECS, PICCS, DSL, MITI, TSCA and ECL.
NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q
by SI Group
NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q by SI Group is an antioxidant. It is an effective processing and long-term heat stabilizer for a variety of application areas in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and ethylene-propylene copolymers. NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q is used in wire & cable, adhesives and consumer products.
BNX® 1076
by Mayzo
Stearyl-3-(3’,5’-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate. Acts as an organotin-free, sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant and effective, non-discoloring stabilizer. It provides excellent long-term heat stability by preventing thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and service life. It also provides good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance. It is easily incorporated by melting techniques due to its low melting point and offers reduced health and environmental concerns. It enables excellent resistance to extraction, low volatility, improvement of long-term stability and ease of compatibility with other stabilizers. Used in elastomers and hot-melt adhesives. The recommended dosage is 0.2%-1% in hot-melt adhesives. Approved by FDA.
