Acrylate / Methacrylate Oligomers for Adhesives and Sealants

DOUBLEMER® 3710 by Double Bond Chemical is a full acrylic oligomer diluted in HDDA. It is a clear liquid. It possesses excellent cure speed, exhibits good adhesion and good balance of adhesion and surface hardness. DOUBLEMER® 3710 is used as excellent adhesives PE, PP and PVC.

DOUBLEMER® 347-1 by Double Bond Chemical is a full acrylic oligomer diluted with 50% BAC. It is a clear liquid. DOUBLEMER® 347-1 possesses good curing speed, good flexibility, exhibits good adhesion to difficult substrates and lowers shrinkage rate of thin film.

DOUBLEMER® 5812 by Double Bond Chemical is high functional aliphatic urethane acrylate. It is a transparent viscous liquid. It is non-yellowing, has light color, high gloss and shows outstanding scratch resistance & excellent solvent resistance. DOUBLEMER® 5812 exhibits excellent cure response, good toughness, good leveling, good dispresesdness and outstanding hardness.

DOUBLEMER® 321HT by Double Bond Chemical is a full Acrylic oligomer. It is a hazy liquid. It shows good flexibility even after curing and possesses excellent cure speed. DOUBLEMER® 321HT provides good adhersion to difficut substrates and good balance of adhesion and surface hardness.

DOUBLEMER® 5700 by Double Bond Chemical is Aliphatic urethane diacrylate diluted in 40% IBOA. It is a clear semi-liquid. It has light color, exhibits excellent flexibility and excellent adhesion. DOUBLEMER® 5700 is suitable for laminating adhesives.

DOUBLEMER® 5400 by Double Bond Chemical is an aliphatic urethane acrylate grade. It is a clear liquid. It is non-yellowing and shows good adhesion. DOUBLEMER® 5400 is suitable for LOCA (liquid optically clear adhesives) and UV PSA (pressure sensitive adhesives).

DOUBLEMER® 4500D40 by Double Bond Chemical is Aliphatic acrylate with glycidyl epoxide diluted in 40% DAC. It is a clear liquid. It has light color, low odor, causes low skin and eye irritation. DOUBLEMER® 4500D40 exhibits resistance to yellowing, low shrinkage on curing and it does not inhibit oxygen for UV cure.

DOUBLEMER® 345 by Double Bond Chemical is a full acrylic oligomer in HDDA & TPGDA. It is a clear liquid. It possesses good cure speed, good flexibility and exhibits good adhesion to difficult substrates. DOUBLEMER® 345 is used as adhesives on difficult substrates such as unsaturated polyester, polypropylene and polystyrene.

DOUBLEMER® 287 by Double Bond Chemical is Fatty acid modified polyester hexa-acrylate. It is a brown liquid. DOUBLEMER® 287 shows fast cure response, good pigment wetting, exhibits good lithographic behavior and good abrasion- & solvent-resistance.

DOUBLEMER® 285 by Double Bond Chemical is an aliphatic amine curing agent for liquid and solid epoxy resins. It imparts ultra-high strength, excellent solvent resistance and fast cure rate. DOUBLEMER® 285 is suitable to be used in construction adhesives. This grade is free of benzyl alcohol and nonyl phenol. It can also be used as a reactive accelerator with most amine curing agents.
