Resi4preg by ResiCare is a unique biobased araminolic resin for preimpregnated application, free of formaldehyde replacing phenolics one developed according to REACH legislation and local regulation for workers safety.

• With biobased raw materials, Resi4preg contributes to company's sustainable strategy and petroleum resources independence.
• It is a solvent-based resin primarily processed using autoclave thermocompression.
• It is compatible with fiberglass, carbon fiber, linen, and kevlar reinforcements.
• It offers excellent thermal resistance, making it suitable for automotive, aeronautics, leisure, railway, and sandwich panel applications including buildings, cold storage, and battery packs.
• It is used in adhesives applications.

Socal® 312 by Imerys is an ultrafine, coated, surface treated precipitated calcium carbonate. It acts as a reinforcing agent & flow aid.

• It gives excellent control over rheological properties such as yield value, viscosity and anti-slump behavior.
• It confers the right balance of extrusion rate and mechanical properties.
• It provides short dispersion times at high loading levels.
• Socal® 312 improves processing properties and offers enhanced tensile strength, storage stability, multi-substrate adhesion and stone chipping resistance.
• It can improve physical properties and limit compaction problems of powders.

KANEKA XMAP™ by Kaneka is a solvent-free, liquid telechelic polyacrylate polymer. It has a crosslinking functional group at both ends. It exhibits high performance after curing.

WANNATE® HT-400 by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It can be used as a reactive thinner or a hardener. It is sensitive to moisture.

• In two-component polyurethane system, it is widely used combining WANNATE® HT-100, HT-600 and IT-170B with hydroxy polyacrylate as ideal reactant.
• It can be used as single binder or other polyisocyanate mixture.
• It can be thinned with esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methoxypropylacetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, solvent naphtha 100.
• It shows good compatibility with aliphatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols, aromatic polyisocyanates and polyacrylates.
• WANNATE® HT-400 is recommended for automotive applications.
• It can be stored for at least 6 months at temperatures between 0 and 30°C.

WANNATE® HT-100 by Wanhua Chemical is a low viscosity, solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It offers high weather resistance, very good gloss retention, high chemical resistance and outstanding mechanical properties.

• It can be used as a hardener and is sensitive to moisture.
• It can be thinned with esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methoxypropylacetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, solvent naphtha 100 and mixtures.
• WANNATE® HT-100 is compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols, aromatic polyisocyanates and polyacrylates.
• Recommended for adhesive applications.
• It has a shelf life of 15 months.

Cardolite® NX-2026 is a high purity cardanol, bio-based diluent, resin modifier, and accelerator designed for use in adhesives and sealants. It is based on natural, renewable, non-food raw material feedstock. Exhibits very low viscosity, low volatility, excellent water resistance and corrosion protection originating from its chemical structure, long hydrophobic aliphatic chain and aromatic ring. Cardolite® NX-2026 is suitable to be used as a diluent and an accelerator for epoxy adhesives and an isocyanate blocking agent. In adhesive formulation, Cardolite® NX-2026 can improve workability by reducing viscosity and help to achieve fast cure in solvent free formulations. It is recommended for 2K Epoxy adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesive, hot melt adhesives for fabric lamination, 1K/2K epoxy-PU hybrid adhesive, wood/ paper adhesives and industrial adhesive applications. The recommended use level of the product is <20% of total resin weight.

WANNATE® HMP-100 by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic diisocyanate prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol.

• It is raw material for polyurethanes 2K elastomer and binder systems.
• Offers good mechanical strength, light-stability and weather-resistance.
• Exhibits low viscosity for easy production of complex parts with good surface definition.
• It is sensitive to moisture.
• Recommended for adhesives and automotive applications.
• WANNATE® HMP-100 has a shelf life of 6 months.

WANNATE® BIO PDI by Wanhua Chemical is a liquid aliphatic pentamethylene diisocyanate. It is a low viscosity and less irritant liquid at room temperature. It is raw material of bio-based polyurethanes. It is lightfast and has the property of powdering resistance, color retention and weathering resistance.

• It exhibits high degree of oil resistance coupled with good wear-resisting.
• It can be used in high polymer adhesive, low temperature adhesive for printing paste and immobilized enzyme adhesive.
• WANNATE® BIO PDI has a shelf life of at least 9 months when stored at temperatures between 0 and 30°C.

Nyad® M200 by Imerys is a high-purity, wollastonite grade. It acts as an anti-mud cracking agent.

• It offers improved loss factor and superior performance in damping.
• It is recommended for plastisols, water-based adhesives, & sealants that are used in automotive applications.
• Nyad® M200 is suitable for caulks & downgauging of core paper-weight in adhesives.
