Phenol Formaldehydes

SP 1056 by SI Group is a brominated octylphenol/formaldehyde heat reactive resin. Used in pressure sensitive adhesives. SP 1056 provides improved cohesive strength and little color to the finished adhesive.

PHENALLOY® 2815 by DynaChem is a phenol-formaldehyde resol resin. PHENALLOY® 2815 is suitable for adhesives applications.

SP 1045 by SI Group is a heat reactive octylphenol-formaldehyde resin. SP 1045 is used in adhesives.

PHENALLOY® 2790 by DynaChem is a modified phenol-cresol formaldehyde resin in butanol solution. PHENALLOY® 2790 is suitable for adhesives applications.

PHENALLOY® 28701 by DynaChem is a phenol-formaldehyde resol resin in ethanol solution. PHENALLOY® 28701 is suitable for adhesives applications.

PHENALLOY® 2165 by DynaChem is a phenol-formaldehyde novolac resin in furfuryl alcohol solution. PHENALLOY® 2165 is suitable for adhesives applications.

Rhenosin® A by LANXESS is a phenol formaldehyde resin with hexamethylene tetramine. It can be used as a reinforcing resin for solid rubbers for oil- resistant seals. Offers compatibility with NR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. Improves shore hardness and modulus. Reduces scorch time and enhances cure time. Recommended dosage level of Rhenosin® A is 5-15 phr. The storage stability of the grade is 730 days.

SP 134 by SI Group is alkylphenol-formaldehyde thermosetting resin. SP 134 is used in adhesives.

HRJ 11331 by SI Group is a heat-reactive butylphenol-formaldehyde resin. Used in the manufacture of polychloroprene adhesives. HRJ 11331 offers good hot bond strength.

SSA-125W by SI Group is a liquid modified resol resin in diluted ethyl alcohol. It is used in compounding nitrile adhesives and other industrial applications.
