A SpecialChem Client is seeking to license styrene-acrylic latexes products/technologies for use in the adhesives & sealants, building & construction, nonwovens and textile industries.

The SpecialChem client is interested in expanding its styrene-acrylic latex offering into the Adhesives & Sealants, Building & Construction, Nonwovens and Textile industries. To accelerate their growth coming from this chemistry, SpecialChem Client seeks in-licensing of styrene-acrylic latex products for applications in these industries.

Current practice of SpecialChem Client is to allow manufacturing of styrene-acrylic products. Final goal is to develop a close collaboration with in-licensing partners to scale-up the production.

The desired technology should ideally be the kind of solution that shows a clear differentiation against competitive products, as a minimum they should be competitive with industry’s leading products.

Licensing the product would include the process to make them.

The SpecialChem Client wants to connect with regional/local styrene-arcylic latex producers that may be interested in out-licensing and thereby globalizing their styrene-acrylic latex products/technologies.

The client wants to evaluate the products within 2014 and adopt the solution in 2015.

The SpecialChem Client wants to exclude from this search companies from Europe, North America and China.
