Type of Solution sought

In response to the complexities associated with passivation materials used in semiconductors manufacturing, JNC offers viable solution exhibiting exceptional etching resistance and/or heat resistance.

JNC’s Inkjetable Etching Resist PI-6000 Series aim to streamline processes and mitigate the trade-off between etching resistance and removability, resulting in a specialized category of etching resist tailored for MEMS and semiconductor processes.

Description of Desired Solution

In response to the complexities associated with passivation materials used in semiconductors manufacturing, JNC offers viable solution exhibiting exceptional etching resistance and/or heat resistance.

Detailed Solution Description

Traditionally, passivation materials used in semiconductors manufacturing have been associated with an intricate and time-consuming photo-lithography process, resulting in both inefficiencies and waste generation. The challenge lies in achieving etching resistance without compromising ease of removal, a delicate balance that often poses a trade-off.

JNC presents the innovative PI-6000 series

To overcome these challenges, JNC presents the innovative PI-6000 series that boast an Inkjetable (additive process), reducing waste and streamlining the application process.
For optimal flexibility, curing temperatures can be selected from 100 to 230°C. Additionally, PI-6000 series can be easily removed using TMAH (alkali) solutions, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
