A unique foaming additive, microspheres with a blowing agent inside released at high processing temperatures, allows to expand in a very effective and controlled manner engineering plastics and elastomers, to achieve significant weight reduction & material savings without increasing the total system cost!

These unique foaming agents will allow plastic converters working with engineering plastics and elastomers processed at high temperatures (up to 265°C!) to significantly reduce the parts weight and material volumes without impacting (or even reducing) the total system cost of the manufactured parts.
