New innovative additive solutions for the Automotive and E-Mobility Markets
- 29 min

Polyamide is a key polymer used in many applications in the automotive and E&E industries. New trends in areas such as e-mobility, lightweighting and high heat environments are beginning to pose it some significant challenges.
The E-mobility and E&E sectors are using an increasing number of electrical and electronic components. Their use is placing many new demands on the polymer additive industry such as additives for improved heat stabilization which are free from metal and halides, or a suitable orange colour for identifying high voltages.
Brüggemann has approached these challenges by launching BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2062 and BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2217, the first of a new family of metal and halogen free stabilizer systems for e-mobility and other E&E applications.
