After a master degree in engineering with a specialization in Environment, Juliette Cauchy worked for the construction products sector before joining Imerys in 2020. She now coordinates sustainability projects including the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of mineral solutions for the plastics, rubber markets.

Mike Bird

Application Development Manager

Mike Bird is an Application Development Manager for IMERYS Minerals Limited, the world leader in mineral based specialties.
He started his career with IMERYS in 1986 working in quality and technical support, prior to becoming a research senior scientist. For the last 20 years Mike has specialised in mineral solutions for
polymer applications, focusing primarily on the polyolefin and rubber market segments. He is the inventor and co-author of numerous patents and publications related to the use of mineral solutions in
these market segments. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Advance Materials from the University of Surrey, UK.
