STEPANPOL® PS-2352 by Stepan Company is aromatic polyester polyol. It has high aromatic content, exceptional purity and low viscosity. It provides improved compatibility with a variety of blowing agents, allowing for increased processing latitude and improved strength and insulation properties. Its applications include rigid polyisocyanurate board stock blown with HCFC-141b/water (with or without R-22), or blown with hydrocarbons and modifier copolyol for polyurethane foams. It can be used for production of HCFC-141b-blown and HCFC-141b/water-blown polyisocyanurate board stock meeting the requirements for roofing and sheathing. Also used for flexible packaging and in shoe soles. STEPANPOL® PS-2352 has shelf life of 24 months. Complies with NDSL, TSCA and New Zealand Inventory. STEPANPOL® PC-1011-45 by Stepan Company is a solvent-free, linear aliphatic polyester polyol. It is designed for urethane elastomers. It offers good solvent resistance and low temperature properties. STEPANPOL® PC-1011-45 has a shelf life of 24 months, when stored at temperature between 15-35°C. STEPANPOL® PC-201-165 by Stepan Company is aliphatic polyester polyol. It imparts good hardness, and impact and stain resistance. STEPANPOL® PC-201-165 is designed to have excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Recommended for resins manufacture and elastomers. It has a shelf life of 24 months, when stored at temperature between 15-35°C. STEPANPOL® PDP-70 by Stepan Company is diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based modified polyester polyol. It exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, good thermal stability and low polyol viscosity. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. Also, exhibits a good hardness/flexibility balance, clarity and low color. It may improve selected physical properties such as tensile strength, modulus and tear strength as well as compatibility with some polyether polyols and some isocyanates. STEPANPOL® PDP-70 is recommended for use in polyurethane elastomers and flexible packaging. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Complies with DSL and TSCA. STEPANPOL® PD-320 by Stepan Company is aromatic polyester polyol. Exhibits hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. It has low viscosity for ease of blending and high aromatic content. STEPANPOL® PD-320 is suitable for use in polyurethane elastomers and flexible packaging. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Complies with AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, PICCS, TSCA and New Zealand. STEPANPOL® PS-2080 by Stepan Company is an aromatic polyester polyol. It is designed for rigid foam applications and one component foams. STEPANPOL® PS-2080
is recommended for flexible-faced boardstock insulation, one component foams, rigid bunstock insulation and rigid-faced panel insulation. STEPANPOL® PN-110 by Stepan Company is neopentyl glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. Used as adhesion promoter. Exhibits very good hydrolysis resistance and thermal stability. Provides extended open time and good green strength. STEPANPOL® PN-110 is recommended for elastomers. It has shelf life of 24 months. STEPANPOL® PD-195 by Stepan Company is aromatic polyester polyol. Exhibits hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. Used in the formulation of elastomers and flexible packaging. STEPANPOL® PD-195 has a shelf life of 24 months. Complies with AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, PICCS, TSCA and New Zealand. STEPANPOL® PS-2582 by Stepan Company is a modified diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol designed for use in rigid foam applications. It shows increased insulation and flow. It delivers superior insulating performance, applied economics and reliability. Suitable for appliances and rigid polyisocyanate (PIR) & polyurethane (PUR) foam. The end use include boardstock insulation. STEPANPOL® PS-2582 has shelf life of 24 months. STEPANPOL® PC-105P-30 by Stepan Company is linear aliphatic polyester polyol. It offers good hydrolytic stability. STEPANPOL® PC-105P-30 is suitable for resins manufacture, urethane elastomers and crystalline polymers. Recommended shelf life is 12 months at storage temperature between 15-35°C.
