SILMASTAB AE1527 by Silma is a highly concentrated synergistic masterbatch of antioxidants and process stabilizers on polyolefinic universal carrier. It is specifically designed for ATH & MDH filled PE & EVA compounds designed for cable applications. It is suitable for halogen-free flame retardant (LSZH or LS0H) compounds containing MDH filler, the natural one (ground brucite) and the synthetic one, in order to avoid any discoloration or color change due to interaction between phenolic antioxidants and MDH. PE/MDH or EVA/MDH compounds with this product will not get green or brown color, as sometimes occurs with traditional antioxidants during compounding or during pre-drying or during cable extrusion. 1% of SILMASTAB AE1527 works also as a viscosity reducer and processing promoter. It should be used at a dosage from 0.5-2% depending on the temperature rate of the final compound, in HFFR recipes. The recommended dosage for 80°C aging temperature is 0.5-1% and for 90°C temperature is 1-1.5%. It has a shelf life of one year. It is a masterbatch of tin compounds (DOTDL, medium concentration), antioxidants (including metal deactivator), stabilizers and processing aid on polyolefin universal carrier.<br>

<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.75-1.5% depending on the thickness of
insulation & sheathing, on the reactivity of base LLDPE used, and the

<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMASTAB AX2244 by Silma is a multifunctional additive for hydrophobicity and eliminating water absorption. It is suitable for halogen-free, flame retardant cable compounds, cables production and other filled compounds in presence of glass fibers, talc, various silicates and wood. It helps to prevent discoloration of cables due to use of natural MDH/ATH in formulations. It eliminates problem of corrugated surfaces. It reduces viscosity and torque during the extrusion process. It improves dispersion of fillers and mechanical properties. It is also suitable to enhance adhesion between plastic and metal substrate. It can be used in WPC applications to offers hydro repellency, water- and scratch resistance. It is designed for CPR water immersion tests. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5%. SILMASTAB AQ1401 by Silma is a lead-free, non-toxic, thermal stabilizer pack suitable for LSFR PVC compounds. In powder form, it is easy to disperse during the production of dry blend. It is a stabilizer specific for low smoke, low HCl emission PVC compounds with a high content of flame retardant fillers. It is applicable for compounds containing milled natural fillers like brucite, hydromagnesite, huntite, magnesite, with the specific purpose of avoiding the well-known typical fluctuation and inconsistency of final color. It is specially designed for PVC compounds containing the relevant amount of magnesium-based flame retardant filler, insulations as well as sheathing applications. The recommended dosage level is 4-6 phr (for PVC for 70°C cables). SILMASTAB AQ1401 has a shelf life of one year. SILMASTAB AT1857 CAT by Silma acts as a trans-esterification catalyst, property modifier and a high molecular weight thermal stabilizer. It provides excellent color retention and increased mechanical properties in foam and rigid applications through catalysis of chain extenders.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers accelerated polycondensation with a 50% decrease in vacuum time for recycled PET and an increased mechanical modulus compared to normal polycondensation.</li> <li> It protects PET from thermo-oxidative degradation giving lower acetaldehyde formation, also in post thermal treatment and processes.</li> <li> It is suitable for PET polycondensation, polymerization, compounding, profile extrusion and injection molding applications.</li> <li> Recommended dosage level of SILMASTAB AT1857 CAT is 1-3%.</li><li> It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li> </ul>
