SILMALINK AR1025 by Silma is a solvent-free, liquid reactive bi-functional polysiloxane used as an additive for HFFR thermoplastic olefins (EVA, LDPE, LLDPE) and peroxide-cured EVA or rubber compounds. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable as a processing aid in high-loading MDH/ATH HFFR cable compounds, helping reduce die drool and energy consumption. </li>
<li>It improves flame retardant properties such as char formation, heat and smoke release, and limiting oxygen index (L.O.I.). </li>
<li>SILMALINK AR1025 reacts directly with fillers, enhancing compatibility with thermoplastic resins or rubber, providing lubrication and improved surface properties. </li>
<li>It can also be used in XLPE as a silane synergist without affecting mechanical properties. </li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.5-3%. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year. </li></ul> SILMALINK AR1028 by Silma acts as a coupling agent in thermoplastic HFFR and a crosslinking agent in silane crosslinkable XL-HFFR compounds based on LLDPE/POE/EVA/EBA filled with ATH & MDH. It is a liquid mixture of functional silanes, radical initiator and additives (anti-scorching, processing aid).<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>For Sioplas XL-HFFR compounds, it is designed to perfectly work in combination with SILMASTAB AL2690, AL2691 & AL2692, the masterbatches of tin-based catalysts including stabilizers, metal deactivator, antioxidants and processing aids to reduce die-droll & melt-fracture.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.0% as coupling agent in highly hydrophobic & crack-resistant HFFR (Halogen-free flame retardant) thermoplastic compounds to produce big armored cables exposed to harsh environmental conditions.</li>
<li> It offers low smoke emission, superior elongation and low moisture uptake of final compound. </li>
<li> Moreover, 1.2-2.0% dosage is required as crosslinking agent for 2-steps silane crosslinkable XL-HFFR compounds.</li>
<li>SILMALINK AR1028 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMALINK AR1023 by Silma is a liquid mixture of vinyl silane and radical initiator. It is especially designed for use in Sioplas process to produce crosslinkable XLPE and XL-EPR compounds for cable and pipes applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can perfectly work in combination with SILMASTAB AL2690, AL2691 & AL2692, the masterbatches of tin-based catalysts including stabilizers, metal deactivator, antioxidants and processing aids to reduce die-droll and melt-fracture.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 1.0-1.5% depending on the reactivity of base polyolefin mixture (LDPE, LLDPE, POE, EPR etc.), and the expected curing conditions (ambient, sauna or water immersion).</li>
<li>SILMALINK AR1023 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMALINK AR1020 by Silma is a liquid mixture of vinyl silane, radical initiator and tin catalyst. It is especially designed for use in Monosil process to produce crosslinkable XLPE and XL-EPR compounds for cable applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can perfectly work in combination with SILMASTAB AL2638, the polyolefin masterbatch of stabilizers, antioxidants and processing aids.</li>
<li>SILMALINK AR1020 is particularly suitable for insulation compound applied on direct contact with conductors like red copper.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.9-1.2% depending on the thickness of
insulation, on the reactivity of base LLDPE used into Monosil process, and the dosage of SILMASTAB AL2638 stabilizer masterbatch.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMALINK AX2292 by Silma is a compatibilizer or/and crosslinker in many reactive applications to build a network copolymerization between organic CH groups and organic/inorganic OH groups in presence of accelerators like peroxide and sulfur. It is 50% of functional silane in thermoplastic granules form. It is used simply to mix with the compound pellets during compound/extrusion or injection molding. In the case of formulation with fillers like MDH, ATH and various number of silicates with the presence of OH groups, it can create a chemical bond with them during crosslinking process. It is suitable in various compounding processes like XLPE, crosslinked EVA and rubbers. It is used at a dosage from 0.5-3% it depends on the needs. SILMALINK AX2292 has a shelf life of 6 months. SILMALINK AZ2311 by Silma is a powerful chain extender and branching agent for rigid or foamed PET, PBT compounds and profiles extrusion. This masterbatch increases mechanical properties of the recycled PET bottle and virgin grade. It is able to rebuild the PET chain in a linear sense to give it a new life and the same or better mechanical properties of the virgin one. It imparts a better crystalline rate and it can be recycled. The recommended dosage level is 1.5-3% on PET foam or rigid profiles. SILMALINK AZ2311 has a shelf life of one year. SILMALINK AX2292P by Silma is a silane-based coupling- and crosslinking agent available in thermoplastic granules form. It is compatible with EVA, POE, LLDPE and EMA/EBA. It is used in flame retardant fillers (ATH, MDH and natural mineral fillers), in combination with maleated coupling agents at a lower dosage (1-2%). At a higher dosage (4%), it is used in halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) compounds for cables as a crosslinking agent for XL-HFFR compounds based on POE+MDH and EVA+ATH. SILMALINK AX2292P has a shelf life of 6 months. SILMALINK AR1036 by Silma is a liquid mixture of vinyl silane, radical initiator and tin catalyst. It is designed to be used in MONOSIL process to produce crosslinkable XLPE and XL-EPR for cables.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is pumped under nitrogen and injected into single screw extruders during cable production.</li> <li> It works in combination with SILMASTAB AL2638 the polyolefin masterbatch of stabilizers, antioxidants and processing aids.</li> <li> The recommended dosage is 0.9% to 1.2% depending on the thickness of
insulation.</li> <li> SILMALINK AR1036 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMALINK AT2606 by Silma is a powerful chain extender masterbatch. It is designed to restore the molecular weight and mechanical strength of post-consumer PET.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It can be used in extrusion process simply mixed with base granules or flakes.</li> <li> It is suitable for recycled PET flexible or rigid profiles, compounding and foamed profiles.</li> <li>It can be used in combination with SILMALINK AT2607.</li><li> The recommended dosage level is 2 to 4%.</li><li> SILMALINK AT2606 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMALINK AR1024 by Silma is a liquid mixture of vinyl silane and radical initiator. It is ideal to be used in SIOPLAS process to produce crosslinkable XLPE and XL-EPR for cables and pipes. It has been designed to perfectly work in combination with SILMASTAB AL2690, AL2691 and AL2692, the masterbatches of tin-based catalyst including stabilizers, metal deactivator, antioxidants and processing aids to reduce die-droll and melt-fracture.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is typically pumped and injected into mixing extruders such as corotating twin-screw extruders and co-kneaders—during the production of silane-grafted PE or EPR.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 1-1.5% depending on the reactivity of base polyolefin mixture (LDPE, LLDPE, POE). </li> <li> SILMALINK AR1024 has a shelf life of 1 year. </li></ul>
