SILMAFLAME AV2565 by Silma is a highly concentrated, synergistic anti-dripping agent, especially designed to be used in halogen-free, flame retardant compounds. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is compatible with additives like color masterbatches, crosslinking catalysts, maleic and silane coupling agents, UV-stabilizers and peroxides. </li>
<li>It is designed to improve the performance of compounds in cables during EN 50399 fire test for CPR (Construction Production Regulation). </li>
<li>SILMAFLAME AV2565 reduces dripping without affecting neither mechanical properties nor electrical properties. </li>
<li>It is also suitable for ATH and MDH filled PE, EVA and rubber compounds designed for cable applications. </li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 2-6% in insulation and sheathing compounds. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of one year. </li></ul> SILMAFLAME AP1130A by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of brominated flame retardant on polypropylene carrier. It can be used in combination with UV-stabilizers. It is compatible with other additives like color masterbatches, crosslinking catalysts & peroxides, antioxidants/stabilizers and processing aids as well as PE, XLPE, PP, TPV and TPE. It suitable for automotive cables due to the high level of thermal stabilizers and metal deactivator for the use in insulators at direct contact with red copper. It can be used for insulation class GXL of the norm SAE J 1127-1128 and class T3 (125°C temperature rate) of the norm ISO6722 and LV112. TPE and TPV modified with AP1130A for cables comply to norm UL1685. The recommended dosage level is 15-30%. SILMAFLAME AP1130A has a shelf life of one year.

Standard: UL94, DIN 4102, EN 13501, BS 6853, EN 50642, IEC 61386. SILMAFLAME AX1765 by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of halogen-free, flame retardant on polyolefinic carriers, according to IEC 61249-2-21 until 35% in weight. It is a colorless, not migrating and thermally stable grade. It makes PP copolymer, homopolymer and random polymer able to comply with UL 94 class V0 depending on the dosage (25-30%). It is applicable in electrical components (electrical field for its glow wire performance), naval pipes, fireproof panels for interior, containers & boxes, plastic pallets and many other injection molding and extrusion applications. Recommended dosage level for polyethylene is 30-35% and for other polymers (PP and EVA) is 25-35%. SILMAFLAME AX1765 has a shelf life of one year. It does not contain any forbidden substance listed in the RoHS. SILMAFLAME AP1731 by Silma is a flame retardant masterbatch. It is antimony trioxide-free and is declarable halogen-free about DIN VDE V 0604-2-100 until 35% (1000ppm of bromine salt on final PP). It is thermally stable until 270°C. It is developed for polypropylene filled 25-30% glass fiber and talc to meet class V0 of UL94 1.6mm & 3.2mm in compounding or injection molding directly. It has very good performance in UV- and thermal aging if properly stabilized with the addition of anti-UV or antioxidants. It has a very low impact on final mechanical properties due to good performance in the glow wire test. It is also used in special electrical applications. Its recommended dosage level is 30-35% on filled PP. It is necessary to load almost 25% of talc/ glass fiber in presence of almost 30% of SILMAFLAME AP1731 for good performance. SILMAFLAME AP2020/F by Silma is a halogen-free, gas phase reactive flame retardant masterbatch based on organic phosphorus. It is heavy metals-free and does not contains any organic polybrominated or polychlorinated.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for a wide range of polyethylene and polypropylene applications like blow or cast films, fibers, electrical and electronics devices.</li><li> It can be used in extrusion or injection molding.</li><li> It is also suitable for outdoor apps.</li><li> Its recommended dosage for use is 5-25% and able to comply with IEC 61386, UL94 V2/V0, and DIN 4102 Class B1 depending on polymer type and thickness, and has a glow-wire resistance of 850°C.</li>

It is free of polybrominated, polychlorinated and heavy metals.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is colorless, not migrating and thermally stable till 260°C.</li><li> It reduces the smoke emission of pure PP (as measured in ASTM E662) both in smoldering and in flaming mode.</li><li> It does not increase the toxicity index of the PP ( according to the standard NF X 70-100) when used until 6% in weight.</li><li> It is suitable for the outdoor exposure and thermal aging.</li><li> It is suitable for a wide range of polypropylene application like stadium seats, furniture, pipe, fittings, automotive interiors and exteriors, electrical and electronics conduit pipes and devices</li><li>It can be used in extrusion or injection molding directly.</li><li> It is also suitable for PP compound filled with talc or GF. </li><li> It is used at 2% to 10% depending on the requirements of the final product, at 2% to 3% it enables PP materials to achieve UL94 Class V2 and a GWFI of 960°C, while 2.5% to 8% allows reaching Class B1 DIN 4102, NFP 92-501 Class M1, and IEC 61386.</li><li> SILMAFLAME AP2480 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> SILMAFLAME AP2290 by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of halogen-free phosphorus based flame retardant additive in PP. It makes PP copo, homo and random able to comply with UL 94 class V0. It is colorless, not migrating and thermally stable until 250°C.
