Rhenodiv® MR-60 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a release agent for de-molding vulcanizates made of natural and synthetic rubber. It prevents rubber vulcanizates from sticking to molds. The reactive silicone polymer forms a thin film and gives a release effect for several de-moldings. Rhenodiv® MR-60 is applicable in articles formed by injection or compression molding. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Rhenodiv® BO-3300 Pearls by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent for batch-off operations. It offers dust-free benefits which minimizes the need for cleaning the production equipment. Rhenodiv® BO-LL/30P by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent that prevents the sticking together of raw rubber or uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is an aqueous solution of a blend of fatty acid salts with water-soluble high molecular substances. It exhibits no influence on the physical properties nor in the aging behavior of the vulcanizates. It imparts the curing of open cured profiles. It forms a thin film on the surface of the rubber compounds which prevents the sticking of semi-finished articles, sheets and water stains in steam cures. It finds application in the mixing department. Recommended dosage level of Rhenodiv® BO-LL/30P is 4-16%. It has a shelf life of 15 months. Rhenodiv® BO-7665-1 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a batch-off compound release agent used to prevent the adhesion of uncured rubber and milled sheets. It is a combination of inorganic fillers, calcium stearate and surface-active substances. It forms a thin, flexible film on the surface of milled sheets. It exhibits good release and anti-corrosive properties. It can prevent the formation of dust. Recommended dosage level for regular compounds based on diene rubbers is 2-3% and for masticated NR or soft butyl compounds is 3-4% dispersion in water. Rhenodiv® BO-7665-1 has a shelf life of 2 years. Rhenodiv® BO-501-2 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent in powder form for batch-off operations. It exhibits excellent release effect, easy to disperse in water, fast-drying, wetting of rubber sheets, minimal sedimentation and foam formation. It possesses low working concentration, consumption, dust formation and build-up and contamination of the equipment. It forms a thin, flexible film on the surface of the rubber sheets. The special inorganic fillers of optimized particle size distribution act as microscopic spacers between the sheets, providing excellent release properties. It prevents sheets from slipping during storage while allowing smooth, continuous feeding of extruders. It offers economic and efficient working. It shows compatibility with water of different hardness. It finds application in standard slab dip equipment. Recommended dosage level is 1.5-3%, depending on the type of rubber compound. Rhenodiv® BO-501-2 has a shelf life of 24 months. Rhenodiv® DALE 667 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an internal release agent. It lowers the viscosity of the rubber compound and tends to migrate to the surface of the uncured rubber compound. Recommended dosage level is 1-3 phr. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Rhenodiv® BO-505-2 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent in powder form for batch-off operations. It possesses low working concentration, consumption, dust formation and build-up and contamination of the equipment. It exhibits excellent release with outstanding slip properties. It provides the necessary venting characteristics to eliminate trapped air during the vulcanization process. Its selected components prevent flaking of the release agent from the cured tire and the bladder. The product is black-colored to produce a pleasing look of the vulcanized inner liner. Rhenodiv® BP-2864 has a shelf life of 18 months. Rhenodiv® BO-S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent that prevents the sticking together of raw rubber or uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is a blend of surface-active substances with film-forming agents in a concentrated, aqueous solution. It forms a thin, stable film on the surface of the rubber compounds that can prevent them from sticking together. It provides a finished article with a more attractive appearance and can avoid water spots. It has no adverse effect on the processability of uncured compounds, respectively the finished article. It can be used for colored articles to retain their brilliance and for the production of extruded profiles and hoses. It is applicable in the compounding and extruding process. Recommended dosage level of Rhenodiv® BO-S is 5-10%. It has a shelf life of 15 months. Rhenodiv® MR-80 SI N by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a mold release agent based on a polydimethylsiloxane emulsion and rubber friendly surfactants. It prevents the rubber from sticking to the mold and gives only very little mold fouling. Rhenodiv® MR-80 SI N shows a high gloss effect and pleasant feeling surface, after deforming the rubber goods. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 – 1%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
