<li>It is key to more efficient and environmentally friendly tire production. </li></ul> Rhenocure® ZP by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an ultra-accelerator for the vulcanization of natural- and synthetic rubber like SBR, NBR and EPDM. In combination with thiuram and thiazole accelerators, it reduced cure rates and improved processing safety. In solid rubber compounds the scorch times increase and in latex products, it gives the shortest scorch time. It is also used in small amounts for secondary acceleration and activation of compounds which are cured with thiazole or thiuram accelerators. It exhibits very good tensile and resilience to aging in vulcanizate products like NR and IR. Recommended for technical rubber goods, footwear, cables, surgical and hygienic articles and goods which come into contact with foodstuffs. Rhenocure® ZP is also suitable in pharmaceuticals or cosmetics, fabric proofing, dipped goods, latex goods, self-curing mixes and solutions. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Rhenocure® NPV/C by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an accelerator for fast curing of chloroprene and other diene rubbers. It causes rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization of CR. It serves as an activator and secondary accelerator for systems containing little or no sulfur, in diene rubbers. It shows good aging and mechanical properties with vulcanizates and accelerators. It is suitable in molded and extruded technical articles, cable coverings, foils and rubberized fabrics. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Rhenocure® CRV/LG by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an accelerator for curing of chloroprene rubber without thiourea. It produces a high degree of cross-linking in a short period of time during vulcanization of CR, when combines with metal oxides. Rhenocure® CRV/LG disperses in compounds based on polychloroprene. It is applicable in injection-molded and extruded technical articles, cable sheathing and insulation, hoses, seals, roller coverings, raw edge V-belts, rubber boots and windscreen wipers based on CR. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Rhenocure® ZBOP/S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining specialty accelerator for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers for N-nitrosamine free curing. It exhibits high solubility and dispersion in all conventional rubber products. It demonstrates excellent reversion and heat aging resistance in NR, when used in optimum proportions. It gives a high degree of cross-linking in IR, IIR, NBR, SBR and natural rubber. Rhenocure® ZBOP/S is particularly suitable for colored, transparent or translucent compounds, as it shows excellent solubility and non-staining characteristics. It is used in combination with sulfenamide, thiazole, thiuram, carbamate and guanidine as a secondary accelerator in the sulfur vulcanization of rubber. It is suitable in injection-molded and extruded technical articles like profiles, hoses, sheeting and tank linings. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Rhenocure® IS 90-33 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a vulcanizing agent for natural- and synthetic rubbers. It is used for tyres, conveyor belts, retreading material and assembled hoses. Rhenocure® TP/S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining special accelerator for the rapid vulcanization of compounds based on EPDM and other diene rubbers. It shows good flow and easy to process property. It causes a high degree of cross-linking and provides easy dosing and quick dispersion in the mix, due to its free-flowing form. It offers an outstanding heat aging resistance in NR, IR, SBR, NBR and IIR. It is applicable in molded and extruded technical articles like profiles, hoses and foils. Rhenocure® TP/S has a shelf life of 2 years. Rhenocure® IS 90-20 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a vulcanizing agent for natural- and synthetic rubbers. It is suitable for all applications that require laying-up, welding or where good ply adhesion is essential. It is used in all types of tires, conveyor belts, retreading material and assembled hoses. Recommended dosage level is 1-5 phr and has a shelf life of 1 year. Rhenocure® ZDT/S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining specialty accelerator for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers not containing any secondary amines which can form N-nitrosamines. It possesses high solubility and dispersion in all conventional rubber products. It demonstrates excellent reversion and heat aging resistance in NR, when used in optimum proportions. It gives a high degree of cross-linking in IR, IIR, NBR, SBR and natural rubber. Rhenocure® ZDT/S is particularly suitable for colored, transparent or translucent compounds, as it shows excellent solubility and non-staining characteristics.
