Antilux® 654 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-check wax or anti-ozonant to protect rubber articles against ozone and weathering influences. It migrates to the surface of the vulcanizates, due to its reduced solubility and forms there a complete protective film which remains stable at temperatures up to -10-50°C. It shows excellent stability against dynamic stress in protective film.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for tires and technical rubber articles (conveyor belts, cable coverings), technical molded and extruded articles (profiles) used at higher service temperatures.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level of Antilux® 654 in tires 1-4phr and other rubber article is 10 phr depending on the type of compound.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li></ul> Antilux® 500 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-ozonant used in rubber. It is a wax used to protect rubber articles against cracking by ozone and weathering influences. The formation of the protective film takes place at a medium-fast rate. It carries anti-ozonants and anti-oxidants to the surface of the vulcanizate by its migration and forms there a complete protective film which remains stable at temperatures up to about 30 °C. It finds application in technical molded and extruded articles, micro-cellular rubber, cable jackets, which are used at moderate temperatures. Recommended dosage level is 2-15 phr, depending on the type of compound. Antilux® 500 has a shelf life of 3 years. Antilux® 600 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-ozonant used in rubber. It carries anti-ozonants and anti-oxidants to the surface of the vulcanizate by migration, due to its reduced solubility and forms there a complete protective film which remains stable at temperatures up to 40°C. Antilux® 600 forms protective film at a fast rate. It protects rubber articles against ozone and weathering influences. It is designed for technical molded and extruded articles, micro-cellular rubber and cable coverings which are used at medium high service temperatures. Recommended dosage level is 2-10 phr and has a shelf life of 3 years. Antilux® 110 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-ozonant. It is a blend of selected paraffin and micro-waxes. It migrates to the surface of the vulcanizates, due to its reduced solubility and forms there a complete protective film which remains stable at temperatures up to 40°C. Antilux® 110 protects rubber articles against cracking caused by ozone and weathering influences. It is used for technical injection molded and extruded articles, especially light colored rubber articles, micro-cellular rubber and cable coverings which are used at medium-high service temperatures.
