Aflux® 54 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for compound-based on synthetic rubber. It improves the absorption of all kinds of fillers and the extrusion properties of the compounds.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It reduces sticking to mixer units and aids removal of vulcanizates from the mold.</li> <li> It decreases the viscosity of rubber compounds, resulting in an easier processing and a faster compounding.</li> <li> Aflux® 54 promotes the de-molding of press-cured articles and reduces mold-fouling.</li> <li> It is suitable for AU, CO, ECO, FKM, technical molded and extruded products.</li> <li> The recommended dosage level for FKM is 1-2 phr and for ECO, CO, EPDM, CSM, IIR is 2-4 phr.</li> <li> It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li> </ul> Aflux® 42 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for natural- and synthetic rubbers like NR, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM. <li>Aflux® SD preserves the properties of the resulting vulcanizates, such as hardness and modulus, without influencing the silanization reaction, making it compatible with any silane.</li>

<li>It is recommended to use 3-6 phr of Aflux® SD, depending on the amount of white filler, with 5-10 phr suggested for a rubber compound containing 80-150 phr silica.</li>

It improves the flow properties of polymeric compounds by reducing viscosity and promoting slippage at the rubber-to-metal interface. It increases mold flow during injection molding. It reduces sticking to the metal surfaces and enhances de-molding without mold fouling. It exhibits an activating effect on the cross-linking rate of sulfur cross-linked polymer products. Aflux® 16 possesses a stabilizing effect in CR compounds. It prevents sticking to roll surfaces and the rotors of the internal mixer at the mixing stage. It aids the removal of vulcanizates from the mold. It promotes dimensional stability and a constant level of die swell, which leads to higher extrusion rates. Recommended dosage level in EPDM is 1-3 phr, IIR is 2-5 phr, BIIR/CIIR is 2-5 phr, CR is 2-4 phr, ACM is 1-3 phr, IR and BR is 2-3 phr. It has a shelf life of 3 years. Aflux® 18 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a dispersant/lubricant designed for acrylic rubbers such as AEM, ACM and EVM. It also functions as a processing promoter. It reduces tackiness/stickiness of rubber compounds. It is used in combination with di-aminic cross-linking systems and can extend scorch times. It improves the flow-ability of compounds. Recommended dosage of Aflux® 18 is 0.5-1.0 phr, in combination with stearic acid. Aflux® 37 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter designed for silica product-based on SSBR, BR, NR. It enhances the processing of silica-based rubber compounds by improving silica dispersion and decreasing compound viscosity. It exhibits higher extrusion rates and acts as a surface-active substance for white fillers. Aflux® 37 is used in combination with any silane. It is also suitable in compounds for tires and technical rubber goods. Recommended dosage level is 2-6 phr, depending on the amount of white filler and for a rubber compound is 3-4 phr containing 80-100 phr silica. It has a shelf life of 3 years. Aflux® 25 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for compound-based on synthetic rubber. It also acts as lubricant for natural rubber. It improves the extrudability of compounds. It decreases the viscosity of rubber products resulting in an easier processing and faster compounding. It reduces mold fouling and sticking to the mixing units. It facilitates the de-molding of rubber vulcanizates. It enhances flow characteristics by providing higher IM speeds and volumes in injection molding process. Aflux® 25 is suitable for extrusion and is approved by FDA for molded and extruded goods. Recommended dosage level for IR, NR, SBR, NBR is 1-2 phr, for EVA/EAM, ACM,AU, BR, CM, CO/ECO, CR, CSM, HNBR is 2-4 phr, for EPDM is 2-5 phr and for IIR, BIIR/CIIR is 1-3 phr. It has a shelf life of 3 years. Aflux® 12 NS by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for compounds based on natural- and synthetic rubber. It reduces mixing time and avoids sticking of the compound to mixing units. It provides processing and calendaring improvement and better dispersion of ingredients for technical molded and extruded goods of all kinds. It improves flow properties of the rubber compound. It is used for transfer and injection molding. It facilitates the de-molding of vulcanizates and influences surface structure and dimensional stability. Recommended dosage level in NR, SBR, NBR, ACM, EPM and EPDM is 2-4 phr, BR is 2-3 phr and BIIR/CIIR is 1-3 phr. Aflux® 12 NS has a shelf life of 3 years. Aflux® 42 M by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) acts as a dispersing agent, lubricant and processing promoter. It is an excellent dispersant of fillers and chemicals. It is anhydrous blend of fatty alcohols and fatty acid esters. It provides enhanced flow-ability and increased extrusion rates. It also functions as a dispersing agent. It is used as lowers viscosity and increases plasticity of compounds. Aflux® 43 can be processed by injection molding and vulcanization.
