Einar® 211 by Palsgaard is a plant-based, internal food-grade, general-purpose anti-fog additive for polyethylene-based masterbatches and PVC cling film applications. It is a high-quality distilled monoglyceride made from fatty acids and glycerol, based on sunflower oil, and is produced in CO<sub>2</sub> neutral factories.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in many conventional food packaging applications to obtain a good & reliable performance in both cold and hot fog conditions.</li>
