Hydrocarb™ XP by Omya is calcium carbonate. Acts as a filler. Provides less friction to allow a higher filler level. Exhibits surface gloss, improved whiteness at high loadings and impact resistance due to easier dispersion of the calcium carbonate in the PVC melt.<br>

<li>Hydrocarb™ XP is recommended for PVCu window profile extrusion applications.</li></ul> Hydrocarb™ 50-LU by Omya is calcium carbonate (limestone). It is a mineral filler. Contains minute quantity of silica (quartz) which is a naturally-occurring component of limestone. Hydrocarb™ 50-LU complies with FDA (21 CFR 174.5, 175.300, 178.3297), TSCA, DSL, CONEG and ODCs. Hydrocarb™ 75 T by Omya is an ultrafine calcium carbonate. Acts as a filler for PVC. Hydrocarb™ 75 T is used in wire and cable applications. Hydrocarb™ by Omya is used in thermoplastic compounds. Hydrocarb™ 95 T by Omya is a treated ultra fine urgonienne calcite. Used in thermoplastic compounds. Hydrocarb™ 120 T by Omya is treated and ultrafine calcium carbonate. Hydrocarb™ UFT Extra by Omya is natural calcium carbonate. It provides increased stiffness, reduced dilatation, excellent surface gloss, substantial cost reduction and reduced wall thickness. It offers good processing properties even at high loadings such as increased melt strength & high thermal conductivity of the mineral shortens cooling time that leads to higher output. Hydrocarb™ UFT Extra is used in PVC window profile extrusion, siding and fencing.
