SiVance® MDQV-1 MQ Vinyl Resin in Xylenes by Milliken is used as a crosslinking and toughening agent in addition cure silicone elastomer. It has a structure of a silica core bearing branches terminated by end blocking group. It is a slow reacting resin that may also be used in making of silicone foam material. SiVance® MDQV-1 MQ Vinyl Resin in Xylenes is supplied as 50% resin solution in xylene. SiVance® MQV-6 MQ Vinyl Resin in Xylenes by Milliken is trimethyl treated silicate with reactive vinyl group that is soluble in silicone oil and some solvents. It is used as an easily dispersible reinforcing additive to free radical and hydrosilation cured silicone polymer and elastomer. It can improve cure speed, tear strength and lower durometer. SiVance® MQV-6 MQ Vinyl Resin in Xylenes is supplied as a 50% resin solution in xylene. SiVance® (3,3,3-Trifluoropropyl)methylcyclotrisiloxane by Milliken is 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl-methylcyclotrisiloxane. It is used as a starting material to prepare fluorosilicone fluids and elastomers. It provides good physical properties. SiVance® (3,3,3-Trifluoropropyl)methylcyclotrisiloxane is used in contact lens polymers. It has a shelf life of 1 year. SiVance® MHD3.5MH by Milliken is a hydride terminated silicone fluid. It acts as a chain extender in addition to cure silicone elastomers. It is used in conjunction with crosslinking hydrides to increase elongation and tear strength and lower durometer. It can also be used as a reactive intermediate to make ABA organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. SiVance® MHD3.5MH has functional groups normally like allyl terminated polyethylene or polypropylene glycols, amines and epoxies. It is recommended for medical, home & laundry care, electronic, automotive and agriculture applications. SiVance® MHD6MH by Milliken is a hydride terminated silicone fluid. It acts as a chain extender in addition to cure silicone elastomers. It can also be used as a reactive intermediate to make ABA organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. It is used in conjunction with crosslinking hydrides to increase elongation, tear strength and lower durometer. SiVance® MHD6MH has functional groups normally like allyl terminated polyethylene or polypropylene glycols, amines and epoxies. It is recommended for medical, home & laundry care, electronic, automotive and agriculture applications. SiVance® Aminopropyl PDMS-10 by Milliken is 1,3-bis-(3-aminopropyl) polydimethylsiloxane. It improves processing, surface modification and altered mechanical properties. It provides high gloss, spreading and water repellency. It is used as flame retardants in resin systems. SiVance® Aminopropyl PDMS-10 is suitable for wire-board electronic applications. It can be stored for 1 year. SiVance® Phenyltrisdimethylsiloxysilane by Milliken is a phenylbased hydride crosslinker. It is primarily used as a crosslinking agent in addition cure silicone elastomers. It increases refractive index, thermal stability and solvent resistance. SiVance® Phenyltrisdimethylsiloxysilane is recommended for medical, electronics and automotive applications. SiVance® Tetravinyltetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane by Milliken acts as a crosslinking agent in combination with hydrogen terminated polydimethylsiloxane polymers. It is a reactive silicone chemical containing silicon vinyl functional groups. It is used as an intermediate in the preparation of polymethylvinylsiloxane polymers. SiVance® Tetravinyltetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane is recommended for medical, electronic and automotive applications. SiVance® DH-6 (also referred to as MHD10MH) by Milliken is a hydride terminated silicone fluid. It acts as a chain extender in addition to cure silicone elastomers. It is used in conjunction with crosslinking hydrides to increase elongation and tear strength and lower durometer. It can also be used as a reactive intermediate to make ABA organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. It can also be used as a reactive intermediate to make organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. SiVance® DMH-5A has functional groups normally like allyl terminated polyethylene or polypropylene glycols, amines and epoxies. It is recommended for medical, home & laundry care, electronic, automotive and agriculture applications.
