DeltaMax® f500 by Milliken is an all-purpose modifier designed for use in injection molding applications. It offers improved impact properties while maintaining stiffness and increased melt flow to improve processing. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for polypropylene (PP) impact copolymers and recycled polypropylene (rPP) resins.</li>
<li>DeltaMax® f500 offers additional benefit of being colorless.</li>
<li>It can be added machine side at the feed throat or hopper between 0.5% - 1.5%.</li>
<li>The shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored below 40°C.</li> DeltaMax® i300 by Milliken is a high-performance impact enhancer. It is designed for use in injection molding application of polypropylene impact copolymers and in recycled polypropylene resins. It maximizes impact performance while optimizing melt flow rate (MFR) for improved physical properties and processability of polypropylene. Recommended dosage level of DeltaMax® i300 is 0.5% to 1.0%. It has a shelf life of 12 months. DeltaMax® 5000a by Millikenis a performance modifier that helps to improve the melt flow rate (MFR) and impact strength for heterophasic polypropylene impact copolymers. It is used in conjunction with organic peroxide to enable controlled rheology modification. Recommended dosage level of DeltaMax® 5000a is 0.05% to 0.4% and peroxide is 0.01% to 0.1%. It has a shelf life of 12 months. DeltaMax® by Milliken acts as a performance modifier for virgin and recycled polypropylene (PP). It is suitable for use in injection molding process. It enables converters to make stronger, lighter and faster parts.<br>
