POLYSTAT® SC 199 PS by LyondellBasell is a conductive compound based on impact polystyrene. It is used as a masterbatch. It gives an appearance of black color. It has been designed for extrusion processes (sheets) but can be used as well in injection molding. It maintains the conductivity even after the formation of vacuum. POLYSTAT® SC 199 PS is a ready for use compound but in very humid weather conditions it is pre-dried at 70°C for 1 hour. POLYSTAT® SC 2 B by LyondellBasell is a semi-conductive compound based on LDPE, LLDPE, and/or HDPE containing the latest technology of conductive carbon black. It has the lowest surface resistivity of 100 ohm. It is formulated so as to give ease of processing as well as excellent physical properties of the final products. POLYSTAT® SC 2 B includes blown & cast film as well as extrusion coating processing methods. POLYSTAT® SC 4984 HDN by LyondellBasell is a semi-conductive compound based on HDPE for the production of tapes, containing the latest technology of conductive carbon black. It is used as a masterbatch. It has to be extruded at 100 % and can be stretched 5 times. POLYSTAT® SC 5995 PP by LyondellBasell is a semi-conductive compound based on polypropylene for the production of tapes, containing the latest technology of conductive carbon black. It is used as a masterbatch. It has to be extruded at 100 % and can be stretched 5 times. POLYSTAT® SC 4 B by LyondellBasell is a semi-conductive compound based on LDPE, LLDPE, and/or HDPE containing the latest technology of conductive carbon black.
