POLYPET® PT AB 042 G by LyondellBasell is a standard antiblocking masterbatch containing (5%) synthetic silica for all kind of PET films type cast, blown and BOPET. It avoids blocking during wind up, regulates the slip and antistatic properties of additivated films and allows a smooth unwinding and slitting of the reels. POLYPET® PT AB 042 G is characterized by its excellent dispersion and is selected for its good optical properties. POLYPET® PT DN 105 by LyondellBasell is a masterbatch. Films made from copolyesters have an extremely glossy surface and when transformed into blisters and stacked, it becomes highly sensitive to blocking. It facilitates easy detesting of the formed blisters when they are later used for packaging. It can be used in sheet extrusion process. POLYPET® PT DN 105 is approved for food packaging according to FDA. POLYPET® AB 050 G by LyondellBasell is an antiblocking masterbatch having optical properties as well as high scratch resistance for all kind of PET films type cast, blown and BOPET. It avoids blocking during wind up, regulates the slip and antistatic properties of additivated films and allows a smooth unwinding and slitting of the reels. It contains 5% synthetic silicate in PETG. It should be selected when the standard antiblocking masterbatches based on synthetic silica cause too many scratches when the film runs over metal surfaces or cause an objectionable optical defects/high surface roughness. POLYPET® AB 050 G is recommended for metallizable films. POLYPET® PT AB 050 by LyondellBasell is an antiblocking masterbatch having optical properties as well as high scratch resistance for all kind of PET films type cast, blown and BOPET. It avoids blocking during wind up, regulates the slip and antistatic properties of additivated films and allows a smooth unwinding and slitting of the reels. It contains 5% synthetic silicate in cPET. It should be selected when the standard anti blocking masterbatches based on synthetic silica cause too many scratches when the film runs over metal surfaces or cause an objectionable optical defects/high surface roughness. POLYPET® PT AB 050 is recommended for metallizable films.
