POLYBATCH® FSU 1010 by LyondellBasell is a slip/antiblock masterbatch. It provides good slip, easy openability of films, excellent optical and balanced surface properties. It is compatible with EVA, MDPE, HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. It should be used for applications where the processing temperature does not exceed 230°C.

It is suitable for blown film and cast film applications.

POLYBATCH® FSU 1010 is used for high clarity film applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 3% for less than 50 micron films and 2% for more than 50 micron films.

It is FDA recognized.

POLYBATCH® ASPA 2485 by LyondellBasell is an anti-static agent. It provides slip properties. The haze is minimally affected by its addition while the wetting tension is kept high after corona treatment.

It does not contain undesirable slip additives.

POLYBATCH® ASPA 2485 has a low vapor pressure and generates little smoke at the die and in the TDO, resulting in fewer breaks caused by droplets.

It is recommended for use with an anti-block masterbatch POLYBATCH® ABPP 05.

It is used in the production of CPP/BOPP films.

Its recommended dosage rate is 6-8% for 12 micron, 4-6% for 15 micron and 3-4% for 20 micron.

It is FDA recognized.

POLYBATCH® SAB 1982 VA by LyondellBasell is a slip/antiblock masterbatch. It offers optical properties combined with an unchanged sealing range. It is compatible with EVA, LDPE and LLDPE.

It is used in blown- and cast film applications.

It is diluted in an EVA copolymer with 18% vinylacetate.

POLYBATCH® SAB 1982 VA is FDA compliant. POLYBATCH® AB 1910 VT by {suppkier} is an antiblocking masterbatch. It offers improved optical properties over films containing natural silica and will not interfere with migratory co-additives relative to films made with synthetic silica.

Its addition in film avoids blocking during wind-up, regulates the slip as well as antistatic properties of films.

POLYBATCH® AB 1910 VT allows smooth unwinding of the rolls and improves handling at the converter and end-user.

It is suitable for high-transparency, thin-gauge PE films.

POLYBATCH® ASPA 2446 by LyondellBasell is a masterbatch containing an anti-static agent. It contains only additives of high molecular weight. It has a low vapor pressure and generates little smoke at the die and in the TDO, resulting in fewer breaks caused by droplets.

It is used in combination with slip masterbatch.

POLYBATCH® ASPA 2446 is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer.

It is used in blown film, cast film, injection molding, oriented flat film and sheet extrusion applications.

Its recommended dosage rate is 1.5-2.5% in heat sealable films for HFF or VFF and 2-3% for pearlized films.

It is FDA recognized.

POLYBATCH® AF 1088 by LyondellBasell is an antifogging concentrate. Items with a high moisture content (up to 80% water) often cause undesirable fogging on the inside of their packaging when stored at low temperatures.

LDPE, LLDPE or EVA films become cloudy so that the packaged articles such as metal, flowers or vegetables cannot be seen through their packaging.

POLYBATCH® AF 1088 is used for food packaging with improved properties when compared to standard products available on the market.

POLYBATCH® CE 505 E by LyondellBasell is a slip masterbatch. It is to be used in combination with anti-blocking masterbatch. It is compatible with EVA, LDPE and LLDPE. It should be used for applications where the processing temperature does not exceed 280°C.

POLYBATCH® CE 505 E is used in blown film, cast film, double-bubble film, flat film and injection molding applications.

Its recommended dosage rate is 0.5 to 2%.

It is FDA recognized.

POLYBATCH® FSU 1163 by LyondellBasell is a slip/antiblock masterbatch. It is a blend of superamide and silica. It has much slower speed of migration compared to regular slip/antiblock masterbatch containing erucamide. This grade provides better wetting tension for ink adhesion, better sealability during in-line operations and slower low-coefficient of friction development. It is compatible with LDPE and LLDPE. It can withstand processing temperature over 300°C without decomposition. POLYBATCH® FSU 1163 is suitable for extrusion coating and cast film applications. It is FDA and EEC recognized. POLYBATCH™ Effects FROST by LyondellBasell are FDA-compliant for food and cosmetic packaging masterbatches for matte frost effect They are available in two distinct styles with the name Polybatch Effects BX510836 FROST and Polybatch Effects BX512117 FROST.

They maintain recyclability with NIR sorting compatibility and reduce the appearance of recycled PET (rPET) for a more desired look.

They can be seamlessly integrated with various colors to achieve a high-end, sophisticated look.

They are cost-effective solution using existing injection stretch blow molding (ISBM) processes.

POLYBATCH® FPP UV 38 SP by LyondellBasell is a 20% polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer masterbatch in a PP homopolymer resin. It is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer. It is especially useful in spun-bond non-woven PP fibers. POLYBATCH® FPP UV 38 SP is recommended for use in continuous filament/spinning, oriented flat film and injection molding applications. It can be used for food contact applications according to FDA upto 1.5% dosage level.
