Solplus™ K240 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant. Enables high pigment content dispersions to be made, leading to productivity improvements. Allows for higher pigment loading and reduces dispersion time. Improves color development, brightness flocculation resistance and gloss. Solplus™ K240 is designed to improve pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media. Its recommended dosage level is typically 2 mg active dispersant per square metre of pigment surface area. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Solplus™ R700 by Lubrizol is 100% active polymer. Acts as a dispersing agent. Offers improved dispersion, wetting, color strength and jetness (with carbon black pigments) in liquid organic media. Produces highly pigmented concentrates with good rheology characteristics. Applications of Solplus™ R700 include polyester polyol dispersions (typical dosage: 4 mg) and polyester gelcoats: (typical dosage: 2 mg). It has a shelf life of 2 years. Solplus™ D510 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant. Offers improved dispersion and stability. Provides improved self-levelling, improved resistance to color separation and improved resistance to settling. Solplus™ D510 is suitable for use in thermoset composites and has a shelf life of 2 years. Solplus™ D610 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant. It offers improved dispersion and stability. It provides improved self-levelling and improved resistance to color separation and settling. It applications include dispersion of organic pigments and silica sand in epoxy as well as dispersion of pigments in UPE gel coats and polyester polyol. The dosage level is 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. Its recommended re-test date is 2 years after date of manufacturing. Solplus™ R710 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymer. Acts as a dispersing agent. Offers improved dispersion, wetting, color strength and jetness (with carbon black pigments) in liquid organic media. Produces highly pigmented concentrates with good rheology characteristics. Applications of Solplus™ R710 include polyether & polyester polyol dispersions (typical dosage: 4 mg). It has shelf life of 2 years. Solplus™ DP310 by Lubrizol is an active polymeric dispersant. It provides improved processing, product quality, productivity and helps reduce manufacturing & pigment costs.<br>

Improves productivity and shortens dispersion time. Offers improved wetting & excellent storage stability and lowers dispersion viscosity. Used for dispersion of inorganic pigments (2 mg) and high filler or flame retardant loadings such as titanium dioxide (1-3%), ATH and calcium carbonate into elevated temperature cured unsaturated polyester resins for SMC/BMC. Typical dosage of Solplus™ D565 is 1% depending on the weight of fillers. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
