Addolink® 1604 is an aromatic diamine. Used as a crosslinking agent in combination with prepolymers for the manufacture of high-quality heat curing PUR elastomers, giving considerably longer casting times than other amine crosslinking agents. If protected from moisture, it has a shelf life of 12 months. Addolink® TR Schuppen is 1.1.1-trimethylol propane. Acts as a crosslinking agent for polyurethane elastomers (hot- and cold-curing cast systems). The reaction between Addolink® TR Schuppen and polyisocyanates leads to three-dimensional crosslinking of the hard segment material; this reduces the segregation of the hard and soft segments in the elastomer. This effect can be utilized to reduce the Shore hardness of soft elastomers. It also improves their resistance to swelling, but reduces their tear strength. In hard elastomers it reduces shrinkage phenomena and stress cracking. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Addolink® 110 is an aromatic amine. Acts as a crosslinking agent in combination with prepolymers for the manufacture of PUR elastomers. At temperatures between 20-25 °C, the product has a shelf life of 6 months if protected from moisture. Addolink® 30/10 pastilles is hydroquinone di-(2-hydroxyethyl) ether
(HQEE). Acts as a crosslinking agent for the production of thermoplastic polyurethanes. It is noted for its high degree of purity. Thus reduces undesired side reactions. With Addolink® 30/10 molded parts display a high degree of heat resistance and a low compression set. The product can content some powder cause of it is a brittle material. It has a minimum shelf life of 12 months. Addolink® 30/10 technical ground is hydroquinone di-(2-hydroxyethyl) ether. Acts as a crosslinking agent for isocyanates crosslinkable polyurethane rubber. It is noted for its high degree of purity. With its use, molded parts display a high degree of heat resistance and a low compression set. It is used in combination with Addolink® TT. The ratio of the two products is 0,57 parts of weight Addolink® 30/10 technical ground to 1 part of weight Addolink® TT. It has a storage life of 12 months. Addolink® B is 1,4-butane diol. Acts as a crosslinking agent for the production of polyurethane elastomers (hot- and cold-curing cast systems) and of integral skin foams. The reaction between Addolink® B and isocyanates leads to the formation of the hard polyurethane segments. The rapidity with which these hard segments are formed in the reaction mixture reduces the demolding time. Its use also affects the physical properties of the finished product. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Addolink® THPE by LANXESS is a crosslinking agent for the production of branched polycarbonates. It is suitable for both common production processes the interfacial and the melt process.

In the melt process, it can directly be added at the beginning of the process when the reaction components are melted.

It can obtain branched polycarbonates with a pronounced pseudoplastic behavior.

It is used for the production of large hollow bodies by the extrusion blow molding or injection stretch blow molding process or for the production of twin-wall sheets and profiles with single-screw extruders.

It can be diluted in organic solvents.

Addolink® THPE has a shelf-life of 24 months.

Addolink®TT is dimeric toluene-2.4-diisocyanate. Acts as a bonding agent to improve the adhesion of fabrics (polyester, polyamide, aramide) to plasticized PVC or rubber. Recommeneded dosage is Addolink®TT (50%) 3.0 - 6.1 parts by weight with 3 - 5 parts by weight Bonding agent TN/N or Addolink®TT (50%) 2.9 - 5.7 parts by weight with 4-8 parts by weight Bonding agent TN/S 50 added to 100-110 parts by weight plasticized PVC paste. It has a shelf life of 1 year. Addolink® TR is 1,1,1-trimethylol propane. Acts as a crosslinking agent for polyurethane elastomers (hot- and cold-curing cast systems). The reaction between Addolink® TR and polyisocyanates leads leads to three-dimensional crosslinking of the hard segment material; this reduces the
segregation of the hard and soft segments in the elastomer. This effect can be utilized to reduce the shore hardness of soft elastomers. It also improves their resistance to swelling, but reduces their tear strength. In hard elastomers it reduces shrinkage phenomena and stress cracking. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Addolink® 1708 is a liquid aromatic diamine. Acts as a curative for the manufacturing of polyurethanes or polyurea elastomers. It also functions as a curing agent for advanced epoxy resins. It eliminates air-bubbles and ensure pinhole free surfaces. In transparent systems, it can reduce transparency. It can be used at room temperature and also be used at higher temperatures. It is compatible with most commercially available isocyanate prepolymers.
