INBIO® ITZ-480 by Ingenia acts as a permanent slip agent. It is a pellet formulation containing a proprietary additive. It is designed for use in film applications where a medium to low coefficient of friction (COF) is desired. It is designed for applications where migration or transfer must be avoided. It is suitable for use in PLA and other compostable polyester film applications. It is also used in blown- and cast-films. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. INBIO® ITZ-480 complies with the Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-506 by Ingenia is a free-flowing pellet formulation containing an inorganic particulate as an antiblock agent. Its addition to biopolymer films significantly reduces the blocking while maintaining high clarity and low film haze. Its anti-blocking effect will last permanently as the inorganic particulates are permanently bound in the film. It is used in blown- and cast-films. It is suitable for use in biopolymer compostable polyester film applications. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. INBIO® ITZ-506 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® IP1700 by Ingenia is a free-flowing pellet formulation containing an inorganic particulate as an anti-blocking agent. It reduces the blocking while maintaining high clarity and low film haze in PLA films. It is used in other compostable polyester film applications. Its effect will last permanently as it is permanently bound in the film. It is suitable for use in PLA and other compostable polyester film applications. It is also used in blown- and cast-films. It contains no animal-based ingredients. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. INBIO® IP1700 complies with the Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-636 by Ingenia is a white masterbatch. It is a compound of finely dispersed rutile titanium dioxide in a polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) carrier. It provides optimum opacity and whiteness in film, sheet and injection molding applications.

INBIO® ITZ-636 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG.

INBIO® ITZ-484 by Ingenia provides matte effect in PLA (and other biopolymer) films. It is a free-flowing pellet formulation containing proprietary additive. It is suitable for use in PLA and other compostable polyester film or molding applications. It meets industrial compost standards at any letdown ratio. The gloss level of the film depends on the letdown ratio, with higher ratios leading to reduced gloss and increased haze. It is also used in sheet extrusion, blown- and cast-films. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. INBIO® ITZ-484 complies with the Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-500 by Ingenia is a free-flowing pellet formulation containing an inorganic particulate as the anti-blocking agent. Its addition significantly reduces the blocking while maintaining high clarity and low film haze. Its effect will last permanently as the inorganic particulates are permanently boundin the film. It is used in blown- and cast-films. It is suitable for use in biopolymer compostable polyester film applications. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. INBIO® ITZ-500 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-534 by Ingenia is a white masterbatch. It is a compound of finely dispersed rutile titanium dioxide in a polylactic acid (PLA) carrier. It provides optimum opacity and whiteness in film, sheet, and injection molding applications. It is suitable for use in compostable polyester film applications. It is used in sheet extrusion, blow molding, blown- and cast-films. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. INBIO® ITZ-534 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-589 by Ingenia is a cavitation filler masterbatch. It is highly loaded and can be used to lower the density of films in biaxially oriented PLA (BOPLA),
which reduces the cost. It is used in biaxially oriented-, blown- and cast-films. It is suitable for use in compostable polyester film applications. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. INBIO® ITZ-589 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-616 by Ingenia is a proprietary biopolymer resin-based compound. It is intended to degrade when subjected to home compost conditions. It is used in blown- and cast-films. It is an excellent material to use for single-use bag and liner applications. It contains no animal-based ingredient. It can also be used in food packaging. INBIO® ITZ-616 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG. INBIO® ITZ-594 by Ingenia is a proprietary biopolymer resin-based compound.
