TIMREX® PP 44 by Imerys is a natural graphite-based filler. It is available in the form of flakes. It exhibits high thermal conductivity, thermal stability and electrical conductivity. It has low friction, is chemically inert and shows the absence of inherent abrasiveness. It has film-forming ability on metal surfaces and has a relatively inoffensive nature of both powders and products of combustion. It improves wear resistance, deformation strength and reduces thermal expansion in PTFE. TIMREX® PP 44 is suitable for polymer composites such as self-lubricating polymers and thermoplastics. TIMREX® KS 10 Graphite by Imerys is a graphite filler suitable for PTFE, thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. Due to the low aspect ratio of the particle shape, it combines good lubricating properties and electrical conductivity with excellent processability. TIMREX® KS 10 Graphite is suitable for processing by extrusion or injection molding. TIMREX® KS 150-600 SP Graphite by Imerys is a carbon graphite filler. It is used in resins, PTFE, thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. Due to the low aspect ratio of the particle shape, it combines good lubricating properties and electrical conductivity with excellent processability. TIMREX® KS 150-600 SP Graphite is recommended for molding processes such as extrusion or injection molding. It can be used with graphite concentrations of up to 80% depending on the particle size.
