MIKROFINE® ADC-SE by HPL Additives has One pack for the leather cloth, ideal in chemically embossed foams. MIKROFINE® ADC-FC1 by HPL Additives is Nonexplosive version of ADC-F2. MIKROFINE® ADC-VR by HPL Additives is for Sn stabilised rigid PVC pipes/profiles and sheets. MIKROFINE® SSS-I-II-III by HPL Additives is used for cellular rubber products. MIKROFINE® ADC-3838 by HPL Additives is an azodicarbonamid that acts as a blowing agent. It does not generate steam on decomposition thereby limiting mold corrosion. It is self-nucleating and produces foams with fine uniform cell structure and smooth surfaces. It is specially designed for injection molding and expansion of foamed thermoplastics. Recommended for polyethelenic and styrenic polymers with processing temperature around 210-230°C. MIKROFINE® ADC-3838 is suitable for wood replacement for electrical equipment, housing and automotive components, cross-linked injection molded EVA tyres, telephone & coaxial cables and extruded pipes. The recommended dosage rate is 0.4 - 1.0 PHR depending upon the polymer used and the extent of expansion required. MIKROFINE® 5A06 by HPL Additives acts as a blowing agent. It offers good dispersion behaviour. Specially designed for EVA compounds. Recommended for sandals and sleepers. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion. It makes products ideal for metering in hopper blender units on extruders and injection molding machines. MIKROFINE® OBSH WET by HPL Additives is sulfonyl hydrazide based blowing agent. It shows excellent compatibility with EPDM, PVC and micro cellular rubbers. MIKROFINE® OBSH WET is recommended for use in non-dusty version of coaxial cables, profiles and footwear. MIKROFINE® ADC-130 by HPL Additives is a blowing agent based on a modified azodicarbonamide. Suitable for low temperature plastisol applications. MIKROFINE® ADC-130 is used in carpet back foams. Azodicarbonamide. Acts as a blowing agent. It is a free flowing powder providing minimum agglomeration. Offers excellent dispersion. It can be incorporated into rubber compounds at the end of the mixing process and disperses easily in all compounds, even with relatively low viscosity. It is ideal for metering in hopper blender units on extruders and injection molding machines. Specially developed to produce white foams in PVC plastisol applications where it can be incorporated into PVC-plastisol as a dry powder during the normal mixing cycle and a pre-dispersion in a plasticizer is also not needed. It vulcanizes with fine, uniform cell structure and smooth surface can be obtained without imparting any discoloration or odour to the vulcanizates. Compatible with variety of polymers like plasticized or unplasticized PVC, HDPE, LDPE, EVA co-polymers, natural rubber,synthetic rubber, polypropylene and ABS. Recommended for wall papers, artificial leather cloth, floor and wall coverings, thermo insulating materials, insulating sealant, carpet backing, door sealing strips, profiles, sheets, automotive components, foot wear midsoles and insoles. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding. The dosage rate is 0.5 - 6.0 PHR depending on the polymer used and the extent of expansion required. MIKROFINE® ADC-PE by HPL Additives is modified azodicarbonamide. It is suitable for compression moulding of rubbers and extruded white rigid PVC sheets. It acts as an azo blowing/ foaming agent.
